There are people who can’t start the day without their coffee. But many times we don’t have the time to drink it before going to work. If you also want to eat a healthy breakfast, it becomes an impossible task! 

Secret trick: the solution is to gather as many tasks as possible into one. For example, with this deliciously creamy banana, fig, and cinnamon smoothie. That already has your morning coffee in it! 

Peel, slice, blend, and drink. In less than 5 minutes you will be ready to leave the house.

Ingredients

Banana and Figs Coffee Smoothie

  • 4 cups banana
  • 2 cups figs, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups rice milk
  • ½ cup freshly brewed coffee

Directions

Banana and Figs Coffee Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
