IngredientsBlueberry Chipotle Coleslaw1.5 oz Fage 0% fat blueberry Greek yogurt1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroJuice of 1 lemon1 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. ground cumin2 garlic cloves minced2 tsp. pureed chipotle in adobo sauce1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. olive oil8 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage1/2 cup blueberriesDirectionsBlueberry Chipotle Coleslaw In a small food processor, puree yogurt through olive oil.
