Idaho Potato Fingerling Potatoes1 tbsp. unsalted butter melted½ tsp. sea salt¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper2 tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt¼ cup buffalo hot sauceBlue Cheese Dip5.3 oz. non-fat Greek yogurt¾ oz. crumbled blue cheese1 tbsp. milk¼ tsp. sea salt1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepperDirectionsBuffalo Potato Wings Place butter and oil in a small microwave-safe bowl, and cook on high for 20 to 30 seconds, or until butter melts. Place potatoes in the baking pan lined with a piece of parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for about 30 minutes in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and buffalo sauce. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Spoon potatoes into a bowl or plate with dip on the side. Blue Cheese Dip Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
