Preheat the oven to 425°. Lay out the wings on top of the wire racks and bake chicken wings for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Put aside a little if you want to use it as a dipping sauce. Take wings out of the oven, and brush them with the sauce until completely coated. Bake for 20 more minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked. Serve with additional BBQ sauce, if desired. Serve with chopped mint leaves.
