Who doesn’t love a nice glass of healthy smoothie in the morning? This one has carrots, chopped pineapple, lemon infusion and also cinnamon for a nice finish. The time you will need is just 5 minutes and the healthy benefits are countless. Loaded with vitamins and minerals, all good for your body, you are going to crave smoothie like this one more often. Everything happens in a blender, food processor or even mini chopper will work here. Blitz everything and you will end up with glossy and shiny smoothie perfect for your health.

Ingredients

Carrot Cake Smoothie

  • 2 small carrots peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 oz lemon flavored organic non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • ½ - 1 tsp sweetener (I used honey)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
