Form a dough and take ¼ of the dough and place it in the fridge. The remaining ¾ of the dough spread them in a spring form pan making edges on the sides of the pan. To make the filling, in a bowl mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, zest of a lemon, cornflour and frozen cherries. Spread the filling in the pan on top of the pastry. The remaining dough crumble it on top of the cheesecake and bake the cheesecake in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Let it cool completely before serving.
