This oven fried crispy chicken is a great way to enjoy meat in a much healthier way than usual. You will be amazed at how crispy and delicious this taste is. Share it with your loved ones, make it for a dinner party or just serve it for your Sunday lunch. It can perfectly work in an air fryer or just baked in an oven like shown in this recipe. You will love it either way.

Ingredients

Gluten Free Oven Fried Crispy Chicken Breast

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Gluten Free Oven Fried Crispy Chicken Breast

  1. In a mini chopper or food processor blitz the rolled oats, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, chili flakes, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. Roll the chicken in this mixture and place each piece in a baking tray lined with a piece of parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle some olive oil on top and bake in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees for about 30 minutes.
