Dijon mustard1 tsp. smoked paprika¾ tsp. sea salt¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper½ cup low-sodium chicken broth1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice1 lb. turkey breast, cut into small piecesDirectionsKielbasa, Brussels Sprouts, Potato & Pear Skillet Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Add potatoes, onion, and garlic, sauteing for 5 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts, pear, mustard, and spices. Cook for 2 minutes. Add turkey breast and lemon juice.
