If you’re looking for a great salad recipe that is super easy to make and super delicious at the same time, then you are going to love this version of the very popular Waldorf Salad. The best part of this recipe is that everything is happening in a single bowl and all you have to do is mix all the ingredients to develop the best flavor. When you bite into this delicious healthy salad you will feel the freshness from the grapes and apples and the crunchiness from walnuts. As I say, a flavor combination made in heaven. Don’t hesitate to try out this refreshing dish for family gatherings, friends nights, or just a simple dinner to yourself.

Ingredients

Turkey Salad with Grapes, Apples & Walnuts

  • 2 cups finely chopped turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup chopped apple
  • 1/4 cup chopped grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 to 3 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 tbsp . 2% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp . fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Turkey Salad with Grapes, Apples & Walnuts

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together starting with 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise and yogurt. If you want creamier turkey salad, add the remaining tablespoon of each.
    Mix All Ingredients into Bowl
  2. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
