If you want to innovate, remember that you can stuff the mushrooms with any of your favorite ingredients: ham, bacon, cream cheese, vegetables… These mushroom pizzas can only get better!IngredientsMushroom Pizza6 medium-sized mushroom caps, washed and stems removed2 tablespoons tomato pizza sauce6 tablespoons shredded pizza cheese (mozzarella + emmental + edam)2 teaspoons dried oreganoOptional: ham to fillDirectionsMushroom Pizza Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Brush each mushroom with olive oil and place them over the parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until tender. Take the mushrooms out of the oven and each of them with ⅓ tablespoon pizza sauce, then top with 1 tablespoon of shredded pizza cheese. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
