IngredientsRaspberry Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait½ cup non-fat milk½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt1 cup raspberries, divided½ tsp. vanilla extract1 to 2 tsp. splenda or stevia or honey to your taste3 tbsp. chia seeds6 tbsp. Cherry Cinnamon Granola or any Low fat Granola1 Mango, peeled and choppedDirectionsRaspberry Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait Put milk yogurt, ½ cup raspberries, vanilla and splenda in a blender. Puree. Pour into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds. Cover with plastic wrap directly on top of the chia mixture and chill overnight. Into 3 bowls, layer chia yogurt, granola then fruit.
