IngredientsRoasted Garlic Onion Dip1 head of garlic1 onion, peeled and cut into quarters1 tbsp. olive oil, divided2 tsp. balsamic vinegar1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper1/4 cup Greek yogurt cream cheese, softened1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream2 tsp. fresh lemon juice1/2 tsp. Red chili sauce2 tbsp. chopped chivesDirectionsRoasted Garlic Onion Dip Preheat oven to 400•. Peel most of the paper from the garlic. Cut off about 1/4 inch of the top of the garlic. Place in foil and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil. Wrap tightly and place onto a baking sheet. Place onion quarters on the baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining 2 tsp. olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Roast for 45 minutes and take the onions out. Bake for another 15 minutes or until garlic is soft. Place half of the onions in a food processor. Push out the garlic cloves into the food processor. Puree. Add cream cheese through sauce and pulse until combined. Scrape into a medium bowl.
