So to kick things up you will need to make gauda bowls that are super easy to make and serve the whole salad in the cheesy bowls. Everything is edible and you are going to enjoy it. Amazingly delicious with different textures. IngredientsStrawberry Poppyseed Salad in Gouda Bowls1 cup shredded Beemster Classic Gouda1 1/4 cups shredded spinach1 cup strawberries half finely diced, half thinly sliced1/2 cup very thinly sliced red onionDressing3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard3/4 tbsp. honey3/4 tbsp. poppyseeds3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp. saltDirectionsStrawberry Poppyseed Salad in Gouda Bowls Preheat oven to 350•. Line two baking sheets with silicone mats. Place 2 tsp. Beemster into a mound on the baking sheet. Slightly press out to make a circle. Do not make it to thin. Place a total of 12 on each baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes. Take out of the oven and let sit for 1 minute. Then mold into a mini muffin tin. Let rest until they are very stiff. Carefully remove to a work surface. In a medium bowl, toss together spinach, strawberries and onion. Add all the ingredients for the dressing into a jar. Close tightly and shake. Pour on the dressing and toss. (You may not need all the dressing.) Carefully fill each cheese cup and serve immediately. Comments Cancel replyLeave a CommentYour email address will not be published.
