DRIED OREGANO1/4 TSP DRIED THYME1/4 TSP. DRIED SAGE1 TSP. SEA SALT1/8 TSP. FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER1 CUP SHREDDED TURKEY BREAST1/2 CUP 2% MILK1 TBSP. FLOUR7 SHEETS PHYLLO DOUGH, DEFROSTED IN THE REFRIGERATORNON-STICK COOKING SPRAYDirectionsTurkey Pot Pie Bites PLACE ONION, CARROTS, CELERY, POTATOES, AND GARLIC IN A FOOD PROCESSOR. PULSE UNTIL VERY FINELY CHOPPED. HEAT A LARGE NON-STICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT WITH THE OIL. ADD THE ONION MIXTURE AND COOK UNTIL TENDER, ABOUT 10 MINUTES. ADD OREGANO, THYME, SAGE, SALT, AND PEPPER. COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD TURKEY, COOKING UNTIL HOT. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, HEAT MILK AND FLOUR OVER MEDIUM HEAT. WHISK CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE MILK THICKENS, ABOUT 10 MINUTES. TURN OFF THE HEAT AND LET IT SIT FOR 5 MINUTES. IT WILL CONTINUE TO THICKEN AS IT SITS. POUR INTO THE CHICKEN MIXTURE AND STIR. LET COOL. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°. LAY OUT PHYLLO DOUGH ON A WORK SURFACE. COVER WITH A LAYER OF DAMP PAPER TOWELS AND A CLEAN DRY KITCHEN TOWEL. PLACE ONE SHEET IN FRONT OF YOU. SPRAY WITH NON-STICK SPRAY. CUT PHYLLO INTO 4 EQUAL LONG STRIPS. (YOU ARE CUTTING THE SHORT END) ONE INCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF ONE STRIP, PLACE 1 TBSP. OF TURKEY. FOLD UP THE BOTTOM OF THE PHYLLO UP ONTO THE TURKEY. FOLD THE RIGHT BOTTOM CORNER OF DOUGH UP AND OVER TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CHICKEN MIXTURE TO FORM A TRIANGLE. TAKE THE LEFT CORNER OF THE DOUGH AND FLIP IT UP TO MEET THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DOUGH. TAKE THE LEFT BOTTOM CORNER OF THE DOUGH AND FOLD OVER TO THE RIGHT SIDE. FOLD THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE UP TO MEET THE RIGHT CORNER. REPEAT UNTIL THE END OF THE PHYLLO. REPEAT WITH REMAINING PHYLLO AND TURKEY MIXTURE. PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET AND SPRAY WITH NON-STICK SPRAY. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES.
