In a large stockpot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook, stirring frequently until the onions are translucent. Stir in the chili flakes and dried paprika powder. Add the tomato sauce, and stir, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in the mixed seafood and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add the water, scraping off any bites from the bottom of the pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until the water has almost entirely evaporated. Add the diced cherry tomatoes along with the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
