Parmesan cheeseSalt and pepper to tasteJuice of 1 lemon1 teaspoon dried oregano½ teaspoon garlic powder1 oz. baked croutonsDirectionsCaesar Pasta Salad with Chicken Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste and cook in a heated grill pan over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes on each side. Let it cool slightly and shred it in small pieces. In a bowl add the cooked pasta, baby spinach and shredded chicken. In a bowl aside, mix the Greek yogurt, mayo, salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, dried oregano and lemon juice. Add the Parmesan shaves in the salad and stir in the dressing.
