This dish is super healthy and super easy to make. You have to just dice the veggies and season them with some super healthy and delicious Indian inspired ingredients. You will love the crunchiness that comes from the sweet potato and the best part is that it can be enjoyed with a great dip of your choice. Roast them with olive oil or if you want to go a little higher, make them with coconut oil. You won’t regret it!
