I love those flavors and I am so much inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine. This infused pilaf with lemon zest and juice makes a perfect side dish or even lunch served with a piece of cooked chicken. You can make it for your Sunday lunch or even for a light dinner. Delicious as it sounds like.
