Nacho cheese is a super healthy and easy to make appetizer or snack. It can be done with store bought tortillas cut into small triangles and then baked while topped with cheese and different seasonings. I love the combination of dried oregano, chili flakes and dried paprika. A hint of dried garlic powder gives a nice charm to this dish and everything gets better when topped with grated cheese. You need to be careful while baking this because it can easily burn. Enjoy it by yourself, your friends or family while watching a match or tv show.

Ingredients

Nacho Cheese Baked Tortilla Chips

  • 3 tortillas, cut into triangles
  • 1 ½ cups grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking tray.

  3. Bake in an already heated oven at 400 F or 190 C degrees for about 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbles up.
