IngredientsOven Fried (Baked) Pickle Chips1 cup low sugar bread and butter pickles about 403 tbsp flour can be whole wheat or a mix1/4 cup egg whites1/2 cup panko bread crumbs1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powderSweet & Spicy Horseradish Sauce1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise1/4 cup 2% fat plain Greek yogurt3 tbsp water2 tsp tomato paste2 tsp horseradish2 tsp SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend3/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp garlic powderDirectionsOven Fried (Baked) Pickle Chips With Sweet Horseradish Sauce Place a large wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Place flour in a shallow dish. Place egg whites in another shallow dish. Mix together panko, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in another shallow dish. Dredge pickles in flour, then egg whites and then panko. Press the panko crumbs on both sides. Place into the refrigerator for 1 hour. (Now is a good time to make the sauce. See below for instructions) Preheat the oven to 450°. Spray the pickles with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for about 7-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown in color. Serve and enjoy.
