This refreshing iced mint tea is infused with the perfect hint of the lemongrass and mint. You can use tea bags in this recipe, like I did, but you can use fresh mint sprigs for even more flavor. All you have to do is to pour all ingredients into a big bottle and then pour some hot boiling water. Let it cool completely or pour over glass filled with ice to cool it even faster. Either way is going to be delicious and very tasty.

Ingredients

Lemongrass Mint Iced Tea

  • 1 lemongrass stalk, lightly smashed
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 6 tea bags
  • 8 cups boiling water
  • SPLENDA Zero™ Liquid Sweetener
