If you’re looking for a nice warming fall oatmeal recipe, then you are going to love this pumpkin overnight oatmeal. It’s super easy to be made, and it will take less than 10 minutes to make it. You can make two batches so you will be reserved for two breakfasts in a row! You can play out with your favorite toppings and you can enjoy it while on the way to work in your adorable to-go cup. 

Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oatmeal

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oatmeal

  1. Place the oats, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and milk in a bowl and mix until combined.

  2. Let them sit overnight or a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.
    Let Ingredients Rest in Refrigerator
  3. Just right before serving to add the maple syrup and chopped nuts on top.
