If you crave something refreshing, fruity and delicious you are going to love this raspberry popsicles. They are super low in calories and they will keep you on your feet for a long period of time. All you have to do is to blend up some raspberries, strain them to remove any seeds and blitz them again with greek yogurt, peach and lemon juice with sugar to bring a little sweetness in them. You will wait for minimum 3 hours or overnight is the best way to keep them all set in the freezer, and the best way to bring them out from the molds is to place the molds in warm water. Let them sit for 30 seconds and easily remove them to enjoy the snack.

Ingredients

Raspberry Peach Popsicles

  • 1 cup 0% fat-free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 peach, skinned and chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Directions

Raspberry Peach Popsicles

  1. Put raspberries into a blender and puree. Put a strainer over a bowl and push raspberries throw the strain. Discard any seeds.

  2. Put raspberry puree back into the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Puree until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into the popsicle molds.
